Director 

With over 20 years of experience in the Facilities Industry, Steve has built a career that began at the age of 16 as a Window Cleaner. His journey from the ground up has instilled in him a deep understanding of the industry, and he started Troy Managed Services at 30. Throughout his career, Steven has remained committed to supporting individuals in reaching their full potential, believing that fostering an environment where clients, businesses, and staff are all well looked after is essential for success.

Steven is passionate about creating strong, supportive relationships in both his professional and personal life. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer, frequently hitting the course, and enjoys spending quality time with his two young sons. His leadership style is driven by his core values of integrity, dedication, and a genuine care for others, making him a respected figure in the industry 

 Managing Director

Rachael has worked her way up from Client Manager to Managing Director for our Southern branch of TMS, driven by her dedication to the success of the business and her passion for meeting client needs. A natural problem solver, Rachael goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. She is deeply committed to the wellbeing of others, believing that everyone deserves to live a happy and successful life, no matter their unique path. Rachael's hardworking and supportive approach makes her a respected leader within the company. 

Financial Controller

With over 20 years of experience in accounting, Ian is the backbone of our financial operations at TMS. As our dedicated Accounts Manager, Ian’s vast knowledge and expertise in managing everything from staff wages to invoices make him the go-to person for all things billing and accounts-related. His ability to solve complex accounting queries efficiently and effectively has earned him a reputation as a trusted problem-solver.

Ian’s role goes beyond the numbers—he is committed to supporting not only the financial health of the company but also the personal wellbeing of our team. Whether it’s offering guidance on personal finances or helping our cleaners manage their finances, Ian is always available to provide advice and solutions. His approachable nature and deep understanding of financial matters make him a valuable resource to both clients and staff.

In every aspect of his work, Ian ensures smooth and accurate financial processes, and his dedication to providing support wherever it’s needed is unmatched. 

Client Manager 

Yasmine is a dedicated Client Manager for Troy Managed Services, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.  Responsible for the everyday running of staff and sites for Leeds and surrounding areas. She is the first point of contact for staff and clients.

 Area Supervisor

With over 25 years of experience in the cleaning industry, Eric is one of our most valued team members at TMS. Having worked across various sectors, including window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. With more than 10 years at TMS, he has become a key figure in ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently met.

Known as our "Superman," Eric's versatility and can-do attitude make him the go-to person for any task, no matter the size or complexity. Whether it's overseeing a challenging project or offering support to clients and his team, Eric's commitment to excellence is unwavering. His dedication to client satisfaction and his tireless work ethic set him apart, consistently going above and beyond to deliver outstanding results.
